"The Gateway" is being developed at 745-753 Bound Brook Road. It is projected to have 23 luxury and boutique multi-family units with three affordable housing units. A significant architectural feature is a "turret" that symbolizes the entrance to the borough. This project will replace an existing vacant restaurant/club that has been sitting idle for several years.
