The 150 North Avenue project is a three story mixed-use building consisting of 1,578 square-feet of commercial/retail space and 14 apartment rental development at the corner of Jackson Avenue and North Avenue. The commercial/office space will be located on the first floor and the residential units on the second and third floors. There will be ground-level covered parking for both residents and businesses.
