Borough of Dunellen to Welcome Comcast as a Broadband Service Provider by 2026
Mayor Jason F. Cilento and the Borough of Dunellen are excited to announce that Comcast has been approved to become a broadband provider in Dunellen following the adoption of Ordinance 2024-03, at the April 1, 2024 Council Meeting, and authorization from the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities. It is anticipated that Comcast will become available throughout the entire Borough of Dunellen by 2026.

Borough of Dunellen Installs First Bandalong Bandit Litter Trap in the State of New Jersey Through Grant Funding from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service as Part of Revolutionary Pilot Program
On Sunday, May 19, 2024, the Borough of Dunellen held an official ceremony to celebrate the installation of the Bandalong Bandit Litter Trap in the Green Brook at the end of Jefferson Avenue, Green Brook, NJ. The Bandit Trash Trap, which is the first of its kind in the State of New Jersey, catches any debris and waste that flows through that section of the brook, reducing pollution and increasing cleanup efforts.
